How it all began and the question of what connects my private passion - sailing - and consulting
It all began in 1999, when, after my "classic" commercial and business administration training, I discovered my passion for the jewelry industry quite by chance.
Initially working as an export and marketing manager, I was quickly entrusted with other areas of the company. I received international management training and soon after, I took on my first management position.
During this time, I noticed that there was a lack of agencies both at home and abroad that could not only offer specialized advice but also implement it operationally.
I wanted to close this gap – and that’s how the idea for my own consulting agency was born.
For 18 years now, the successful combination of consulting and fulfillment has been the focus of my agency offering. A network of qualified employees supports me on a project-by-project basis.
