Your data processed when using my website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies, there are no statutory retention periods that prevent the deletion of the data and no other information is provided below regarding individual processing procedures.

In this respect, we would like to point out that it is possible that user data may be processed outside the European Union, in particular in the USA. This may result in increased risks for users, as it may, for example, make it more difficult to access user data at a later date. We also have no access to this user data. When the user communicates with the provider via WhatsApp, both the provider and WhatsApp receive the user’s mobile phone number and the information that the user has contacted the provider.

The aforementioned data will also be forwarded by WhatsApp to Facebook servers in the USA and processed by WhatsApp and Facebook in accordance with the WhatsApp Privacy Policy, which also includes processing for their own purposes, such as improving the WhatsApp service.
